GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. PRODUCTS
These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter "GTS") apply to any order placed with the DELLINO EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM. A privately-owned company, REGISTERED IN GHANA WITH REGISTRATION NUMBER SN006621220.
Any order placed with DELLINO EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM is subject to these General Conditions of Sale and entails the unreserved acceptance of such. No derogation from these provisions will be accepted unless DELLINO EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM has expressly accepted it.
PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale by DELLINO EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM (hereinafter the "Products") are presented following legal regulations and as accurately as possible.
2. PRICES Products:
Our prices are displayed in Euros or local currency depending on the country of destination of the offer. The preparation, storage, and delivery charges are not included in the prices shown unless otherwise stated.
Our prices are subject to change, notably when a new version of the catalog is released. The fees displayed at the time of placing the order will apply.
3. ORDER
Any order placed with the DELLINO EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM and definitive once the Customer signs the quote and DELLINO EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM confirms it, The Products remain the property of DELLINO EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM until they have been paid for in their entirety. The delivery time commences from the payment of the goods. Customers do not have any right of withdrawal and cannot claim the provisions of the law of consumption
4. INVOICING AND PAYMENT the invoice is issued after acceptance of the order by DELLINO EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM. The amount of the order is payable in cash by credit card or bank transfer at the time the order is validated. The Customer fully bears any currency exchange costs.
The customer is responsible for checking the information recorded when placing their order and especially the invoicing address. In case of error by the Customer, the invoice cannot be modified under any circumstances if, during, or after production.
DELLINO EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM does not keep any bank details of Customers paying by credit card. As part of an ongoing effort to fight against fraud, DELLINO EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM may sometimes be required to verify a customer's bank details or identity before delivery. The Customer agrees to provide the necessary information or proof of identity. If a satisfactory response is not given within the specified delay, DELLINO EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM reserves the right to cancel the order in question.
5. DELIVERY The delivery terms and the estimated delivery date are specified when DELLINO EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM validates the order.
6. RECEPTION AND CLAIM
The Customer must carry out all necessary examinations at the time of delivery to detect any damage, missing items, defects, or other apparent problems or non-conformity of the Products delivered in their order. The Customer shall, in particular, check the condition of the packages, the number of boxes, and the quantities, references, shape, and characteristics of the Products.
7. PRODUCT WARRANTY Scope of the warranty
The Products are guaranteed according to Each Brands Manufacturing Warranty.
8. RESPONSIBILITY The responsibility of DELLINO EXCLUSIVE in respect of the Products delivered, including within the framework of the applicable contractual and legal guarantees, is limited to the price of the defective or non-conforming Products. DELLINO EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM shall not be liable for compensation for indirect damages or any other financial loss suffered by the Customer or a third party.
9. DATA PROTECTION to register and process Customer orders and respond to inquiries, DELLINO EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM collects personal data concerning these people. DELLINO EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM may also need to send commercial offers and newsletters to the Customers by e-mail or SMS.
10. APPLICABLE LAW / JURISDICTION
The relationship between DELLINO EXCLUSIVE SHOWROOM AND EACH BRAND is governed following the EUROPEAN LAW; therefore, any legal dispute will be governed by European Law
